Looks like we're going to have to make a change the song set in the Cowboy And Outlaws show. Cannot get "Git Along Little Dogies" done the way I'd like, and Cathy didn't like the way I have been doing it, so we're replacing it with a brand new song (for me, anyway), with an old cowboy ballad, "Little Joe The Wrangler". We both like the way the song sounds, and it fits right in with the overall cowboys and outlaws show theme. The song has been around since 1876 when Paul Maynard adapted it to the cowboy life from an Irish ballad (I believe a sea ballad). Since then, it has been redone and changed somewhat over the years, with different recorded versions by artists such as Burl Ives, Johnny Cash, and Pete Seeger. So, after 2 days of fooling around with it, I came up with my own version, trying to stay as close as possible to the original as possible.
